WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO THE EVENT?

Please bring your printed or physical ticket and a valid, government issued 21+ photo ID. And don’t forget a positive attitude.

IS THERE A LIMIT ON HOW MUCH BEER IS SERVED?

Your safety is important to us. Each brewery will be providing a certain amount of allocated beer in 2-3 ounce pours. We do encourage all guests to drink responsibly, and will act accordingly if that person is not acting responsibly.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN’T MAKE THE EVENT?

Brewgrass Festival tickets are non-refundable, but ticket holders may transfer tickets to someone else who is 21+. You may contact Eventbrite to transfer your tickets.

WILL THE EVENT BE CANCELED DUE TO WEATHER?

Brewgrass Festival is a rain or shine event. In extreme conditions, the organizers reserve the right to cancel the event. If the cancellation occurs prior to the commencement of the event, attendees will be notified of the cancellation by email.

I DON’T DRINK. CAN I STILL ATTEND?

Yes, of course! Designated Driver tickets will be available for purchase at the front gate on the day of the event.

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED?

Although this is a strictly 21+ event, we understand if parents need to bring small children with them to this event.

IS THERE AN ATM ON SITE?

ATMs are located throughout the event.

CAN I BRING MY DOG?

Only Service animals will be allowed as permitted by federal law.

CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD OR BEVERAGES INTO THE FESTIVAL?

Guests are allowed to bring in unopened water bottles or empty refillable bottles for water. No other outside food or beverages will be permitted. You will need to dispose of it prior to entrance. We will have food vendors within the event site.

CAN I BUY BEER AT THE EVENT OR BRING EMPTY OR FULL BOTTLES HOME WITH ME?

NO!Beer cannot be taken from the festival site, nor is it available for purchase. Feel free to visit any of the brewer's permanent locations to purchase their beer.

Brewgrass Festival is focused on providing a fun and educational atmosphere for guests to experience new beers. All guests of the event are expected to drink responsibly and ensure they have a safe and responsible means of transportation before leaving the event. Any guest who is intoxicated before entering the event, as determined by event security, will be denied entry to the event. Any guest found intoxicated during the event and causing a disturbance, as determined by event security, will be asked to leave the facility without refund and may be subject to further consequences.
